I had the Shirodhara treatment. If you don't know what this is, it seems a but strange at first! I was prescribed this oil over my head at an Ayurvedic center, and at first it feels a bit strange, but after a while, I felt so relaxed and even had some emotions come up! It was very healing. The only suggestion I have is to ensure enough support under the neck, since I have neck issues. Would definitely come back!

My husband surprised me with a massage for our 25th anniversary, and it meant everything. I’m usually putting my family first, so this felt really special. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. He chose the Flower Mound location for the high ratings—even though we have one right by us—and I’m so glad he did. Dee was amazing. I went in expecting a deep tissue massage that would leave me sore, but instead I got exactly what my body needed. I was extremely tight with lots of knots, and instead of just going harder on those spots, she worked surrounding areas to release everything. It made such a difference. The hot stones are a MUST—and they’re included in the full body massage, which made it even better. Even the classic full-body tap at the end (which I’m usually not a fan of) felt so good this time! I woke up the next day feeling rested, not sore, and still completely relaxed. I’m honestly still in bliss. Highly recommend Dee and her team. I’ll definitely be looking into their memberships!
This place is a hidden gem! I wish we would have found this place sooner. My husband and I have tried so many other massage places before finding this one and now it’s the only one we go to. They have an affordable membership price so we can go get a massage every month. What’s best about it though is the people. The staff is so kind and they really care about their patients. They also offer a variety of natural health alternatives that are super helpful and beneficial. I highly recommend!

I got a 90 minute post-natal massage from Vaishali and it was incredible. I left feeling so much better and refreshed. Great facility, incredible staff, and perfect atmosphere for relaxing. The infrared sauna is worth every penny. Everything was clean and the staff were very accommodating. I also had an hour massage and that was wonderful. The massage beds are are very comfortable.

My husband had the Red Light Therapy and then a massage on his lower back and shoulders. He has been having a lot of pain in both and was told he would have to have his shoulder replaced. After the massage, he was so happy. He said it felt so much better and he was moving his shoulder around. The therapist said the shoulder was very stiff and tight. We are going back in 3 days so she can work on it again. Love this place
